NOW: Trump and Harris are campaigning in battleground North Carolina

 Both Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump are campaigning in North Carolina Wednesday afternoon.

Harris is delivering remarks at a campaign event in Raleigh while Trump is at a rally in Rocky Mount. They will both campaign in Wisconsin later today.
