Voters at Michigan diner predict who will be the next president

Friends’ co-host Lawrence Jones polled some Michigan voters on the 2024 presidential election during a visit to a local diner on Wednesday.

Jones spoke with a handful of supporters of both former President Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris before conducting a pair of impromptu polls with diner-goers.

"Raise your hand if you're better off today under Joe Biden and Kamala Harris," Jones said.

A smattering of customers raised their hands and cheered, but several boos could be heard as well.

Jones then asked customers to raise their hand if they are "worse off" under the current administration, and the vast majority of them raised their hands.

Jones received similar results when he asked customers to predict whether Trump or Harris would win in November.
