HORROR FALL Boris Johnson’s wife Carrie says toddler daughter rushed to hospital in ‘grim’ crisis before Mother’s Day
CARRIE Johnson has revealed her two-year-old daughter has been rushed to hospital.
Boris Johnson's wife told Instagram followers how the toddler was hurt while at nursery.
Little Romy sustained a "pretty deep" cut.
She explained: The last 48 hours have been pretty grim here. My daughter fell at nursery and needed to go to hospital as the cut was pretty deep and then all three kids have picked up some vomiting virus and have been sick multiple times.
"I'm looking after them on my own while having a stinking cold and also feeling pretty off-colour. A dose of reality on here!"
Today she updated her followers after fans rushed to wish her well. She said: "I think we're coming out the other end of it because Romy is laughing and no one has vomited for a few hours.
"Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you."
Ex-PM Boris is believed to have seven children.
Romy is his second youngest child, born on December 9, 2021.He has two others with Carrie - baby Wilfred born in April, 2020 and Frank born July, 2023.
Romy's accident comes just days after Carrie posted photos of her enjoying a Mother's Day treat with her kids.
They showed her enjoying a cream tea outside with the tots wrapped up in coats and hats.
She wrote: "Enjoyed an early Mother's Day treat this morning. A delicious al fresco breakfast made by these two."
Boris resigned as prime minister in July 2022, when he stepped down from what he called "the best job in the world".
In an address outside No10, the defeated PM said he was so "sad" to be forced out of the job he loves but conceded: "Them's the breaks."
In a packed Downing Street, thronged with supporters including Carrie and baby Romy, he thanked the millions who voted for him in a historic landslide.
Wilfred Lawrie Nicholas was born just 16 days after Boris fought for his life in intensive care with coronavirus - and after Carrie's own fight with the deadly bug.
In 2022 it was revealed that Romy was also badly-hit by Covid when she was just five weeks old.
