FAMILY TERROR Selfless Israeli couple save their twin boys by hiding them from Hamas terrorists – but die trying to fight them off
A YOUNG Israeli couple were forced to hide their twin babies from Hamas terrorists who broke into their home and murdered them.
Itai and Hadar Berdichevsky, both 30, reportedly tried to fight off the militants who attacked them in their home but did not survive.
The twins were miraculously found alive around 14 hours later after their parents concealed them in a bomb shelter.
The family was ambushed at home in Kfar Gaza, in southern Israel located about three miles east of Gaza.
Israeli troops were able to rescue the babies and hand them to their grandmother.
More than 1,200 people in Israel and Gaza have been killed since the Palestinian terrorist group stormed the border on Saturday and massacred hundreds in a surprise attack.
In retaliation, Israeli warplanes have been relentlessly pummelling the Gaza Strip, and the state plans to launch a coordinated offensive.
And footage has now allegedly emerged of Hamas savages beheading captive Israeli soldiers in horrific acts dubbed "worse than ISIS" by the IDF.
It comes as three Brits have been confirmed dead in Israel and seven more are missing.
Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu likened the group to ISIS in a damning speech where he vowed to destroy them.
He said: "We have not seen such atrocities from ISIS. Children were executed and entire families were exterminated by Arab Terrorists.
"There were atrocities that I will not describe here. Hamas is ISIS and we will destroy it as the world defeated ISIS.
“At the end of the war, all our enemies will know it was a terrible mistake to attack Israel.
“What we will do to our enemy over the next few days will echo for generations. Any place from which Hamas operates will turn into rubble.”

Israeli forces are amassing their 173,000 troops including 8,000 elite commandos, along with 300 tanks and plenty of heavy weaponry on the border with Gaza in the town of Sderot.
A further 300,000 reserve troops have been mobilised in an unprecedented move and sent south ahead of the possible invasion.
On Monday morning, Israel imposed a "complete siege" on the area - including a sweeping ban on food and fuel moving into Gaza and an immediate cut-off of the water supply.
"There will be no electricity, no food, no fuel, everything is closed," Defence Minister Yoav Gallant said.
"We are fighting human animals and we act accordingly."
