Texas man shoots, kills 2, purportedly shielding himself at ATM: 'Theft that turned out poorly for burglars'

San Antonio police say that they accept the man acted justifiably when he shot and killed the endeavored looters

Experts in Texas accept a man who shot and killed two individuals was acting with good reason after two men supposedly endeavored to loot him while he was removing cash from an ATM.

In a question and answer session, the San Antonio Police Division's Boss William McManus expressed that on Friday, July 7 at roughly 1 p.m., a man in his 20s went to a Pursuit Bank around a short ways from downtown San Antonio, Texas.

Police said that the unidentified man drove up to a drive-by ATM to pull out cash and saw two individuals drive towards him who endeavored to burglarize him.

He discharged at both of the eventual burglars with a handgun and killed them both.

"It was a burglary that went poorly for the looters," McManus shared during the public interview.

Police said everybody in question is accepted to be in their 20s.

As per McManus, the shooting stays being scrutinized with next to no quick charges being recorded.

"They will talk with him further," McManus said. "This moment, we're viewing at him as the casualty of an acting in self-burglary guard."
