See Joaquin Phoenix rule as 'Napoleon' in new trailer

Joaquin Phoenix appears in "Napoleon."The primary trailer for chief Ridley Scott's new film "Napoleon" is here.

Joaquin Phoenix plays well known pioneer Napoleon Bonaparte, beginning with the French Upset.

Vanessa Kirby plays his inevitable spouse Josephine. French film star Ludivine Sagnier is additionally important for the cast.

The authority summary for the film says it is a "display filled activity epic" about Napoleon's unmatched ascent to drive until his passing in 1821 at age 51.

"The film catches Bonaparte's persevering excursion to ride out the crystal of his habit-forming, unpredictable relationship with his one genuine affection, Josephine, displaying his visionary military and political strategies against probably the most unique down to earth fight arrangements at any point recorded," the abstract peruses.

One of those fight groupings is displayed toward the finish of the trailer, with exciting - and frightening - results.
Phoenix was recently coordinated by Scott in "Combatant." The entertainer won an Oscar for his part in 2019's "Joker."

Napoleon hits theaters Nov. 22.
