Russia accuses Ukrainian resident of homicide of Russian commandant

Sergei Denisenko has been accused of the "planned murder" of Stanislav Rzhitsky and unlawful arms dealing, the Russian Insightful Panel said in an explanation Friday.

Denisenko, a Ukrainian resident, was confined recently regarding the homicide of Rzhitsky, a previous submarine leader in Russia's Dark Ocean armada. Rzhitsky was killed early Monday morning as he was going through a recreation area in Krasnodar.

Russia's Insightful Council recently posted a video showing the suspect, who they have now named as Denisenko, being strolled through the location of the homicide. It isn't certain if Denisenko was under coercion as he talked at the scene, in a Krasnodar park
