What's open on Easter? Walmart, Home Depot and Starbucks open; Target, Lowe's, Costco closed

 Consumers will find plenty of retailers, grocery stores and restaurants open Sunday , but some won’t open in observance of Easter.

Target, Macy’s, Aldi ad Lowe’s are among the stores that will remain closed Sunday. Other stores that remain open may be running reduced hours. 

Most major restaurants are open, with a couple exceptions, including Chick-fil-A, which is closed every Sunday.

Is Target closed on Easter? 

Yes, Target confirmed to USA TODAY that it remain closed on Easter as the big box retailer has in recent years. 

Is Home Depot open on Easter? 

Most Home Depot stores are open today with limited hours from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., the company told USA TODAY. Check your local store's hours at Home Depot's website. 

Is Goodwill open on Easter?

Some Goodwill stores may open today while others remain closed. Goodwill told USA TODAY closures will vary across the country as stores are operated by 155 independent Goodwill organizations. Some regional operations, such as southwestern Pennsylvania, have announced Easter closures. 

Is Starbucks open on Easter? 

Yes, but hours depend on individual locations.
