This is the moment a fearless paragliding instructor soared through the sky while calmly sitting on a sofa watching TV.
Hasan Kaval, 29, from Izmir, Turkey, decided to turn one of his ‘crazy ideas’ into reality.
He customised a red leather sofa with a metal frame to which he attached a parachute and wheels, as well as a footstool, lamp and television.
The paragliding pilot and instructor took to the skies in Oludeniz in the Fethiye district of MuÄŸla Province in southwest Turkey, on July 2.

Kaval filmed the stunt as his friends pushed him down a hill and the red sofa became airborne, to applause from onlookers.
Despite not being strapped in, he insisted: 'I wasn’t scared, my friends trusted me. It was fine.'
Once in the sky, Kaval removes his shoes and swaps them for his slippers.
He turns on the TV, which has a camera taped to the top of it, and watches Tom and Jerry.
With the sparkling sea thousands of feet below him, he casually drinks a can of cola and eats a packet of Doritos as though sitting at home.
Kaval said afterwards: 'I felt so good and relaxed.'

At the end of the video, Kaval can be seen preparing the stunt with friends as they assemble a frame with wheels for the bottom of the sofa. He said he first dreamed it up a couple of years ago.
