Chocolate fans rejoice as Caramilk returns to Australian supermarket shelves today - and it's half price

  • The $5 block of 250g of Caramilk was very popular with Australian shoppers
  • Coles announced the chocolate is coming back to store shelves for just $2.50
  • Last year, supermarkets were forced to implement a limit of two per customer
Fans of Cadbury's delicious Caramilk bars rejoiced on Wednesday after Coles announced it would be selling them again for half the price.
The $5 blocks of 250g of Caramilk were so popular that supermarkets were forced to implement a limit of two per customer.
But the bars were only stocked as part of a limited edition and have been missing from shops for months.
Now the wait is finally over as Coles announced they have brought back Caramilk bars from today for just $2.50.

Over the weekend, Cadbury's sent fans into a frenzy after announcing Caramilk would be returning to supermarket shelves.
'We have some good news… Caramilk is coming back. Get ready... Back by popular demand,' the brand said in a Facebook post - but didn't reveal an exact date for the launch of the chocolate.
Thousands of shoppers were delighted to hear the news, with many joking they have been 'struggling' for months without the Caramilk.
'This is like catnip for humans. I need some in isolation,' one woman said, while another added: 'Thank god. Seriously need this to get through most weeks! Have had to resort to Caramilk Twirls - but they just aren't the same!'
'This is the only best thing that's happened in 2020,' another woman said.
