Police in Cincinnati arrested a man on Saturday who narrated a video of an outdoor party held on a city street in violation of the state’s stay-at-home order during the coronavirus pandemic.
Rashaan Davis, 25, was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor, according to USA Today.
“This is how we do it in my city, man,” Davis says in the video. “We don’t give a f--- about this coronavirus.”

Videos of the incident showed people not practicing social distancing and dancing on top of cars.

“In the video, (Davis) narrates a video of himself and others openly defying the order, causing even greater risk of contamination during this national health crisis,” police documents state. “At the time of his arrest, there were over 55 thousand views of the post.”

The police documents stats that Davis violated the state department of health’s stay-at-home order but encouraged others to follow suit.

Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine extended the state’s stay-at-home order on Wednesday until May 1.

Police are encouraging the public to report similar incidents to discourage future public gatherings during the coronavirus pandemic.

“We are calling on every citizen to condemn the actions of those who gathered last night through social media and for those closest to the people disregarding this Stay At Home order to contact them and demand they discontinue such behavior for the safety and well being of all Cincinnatians,” the Cincinnati Police Department said.
