GOP Rep. Stefanik criticizes Harris for not condemning Mark Cuban's comments that Trump avoids "strong" women

Rep. Elise Stefanik criticized Vice President Kamala Harris for not condemning recent comments by pro-Harris businessman Mark Cuban, who said Donald Trump avoids “strong, intelligent women.”

“Kamala Harris did not condemn Mark Cuban’s just disgraceful comments saying that President Trump does not surround himself with strong, intelligent women,” the New York Republican said on “Fox News Sunday.”

She added later: “Kamala Harris should have condemned that, and they didn’t. Their campaign failed to do that, and that’s offensive to so many women across this country.”

Stefanik also said Democrats’ focus on the issue of reproductive health care and abortion is a “scare tactic.”

“The reason why Democrats are only talking about this issue is these are scare tactics, because they are losing on every other issue, whether it’s the economy, the border, safety and security around the world,” she said.
