HOGG NICKED Stuart Hogg arrested again hours before stalking trial as ex-Scotland rugby star due in court
EX-SCOTLAND rugby captain Stuart Hogg has been arrested for a third time this year - hours before he is due to stand trial.
The full-back, 32, was set to appear at Jedburgh Sheriff Court over alleged stalking today.
But it's emerged officers arrested him again on Monday.
He has been charged over alleged stalking and breaching bail conditions.
Hogg is due to appear in court today and a report will be sent to the procurator fiscal.
He was previously nicked in February and July.
In May, he appeared in the dock where he denied abusing and stalking his estranged wife Gillian, 37, over a seven-year period.
Hogg is accused of monitoring her communications and controlling her family life.
He is also charged under section one of the Domestic Abuse Scotland Act.
