A bartender suffered a punctured lung after he was allegedly stabbed during a brawl at an underground Sydney lingerie venue - as one of the men accused of the attack claims he 'doesn't remember' what sparked the melee.
Five men were asked to stop smoking in the non-smoking area of Concourse Bar, nestled in Wynyard Station, at about 6pm on Thursday and a scuffle ensued.
Police allege a 19-year-old man from south-west Sydney, who was among the group of five men, stabbed 34-year-old employee Lawrence D'iapico-Bien twice in the back.
Mobile phone footage shared with Seven News captured the moment women dressed in lingerie ran to help their colleague after he had been injured.
NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the worker at the York Street bar before he was taken to St Vincent's Hospital in a critical condition.
The five men allegedly left the scene - three were arrested and charged a short time later -while the 19-year-old was arrested on Friday.

Kevin Piggott, 31, from Padstow, was charged with assault and affray on Thursday night and appeared at Central Local Court on Friday morning, The Daily Telegraph reported.
Mr Piggott explained he didn't know the man with the knife and when asked if he was sorry and if a 'good night had spiralled' he responded 'yeah, 100 per cent'.
The court heard Piggott, a Sydney Harbour Bridge scaffolder, was allegedly less seriously involved in the alleged stabbing than his co-accused.
He was granted strict conditional bail to report to Revesby Police Station three times per week and banned from exiting trains at Wynyard station.
Mr Piggott, who has no previous criminal history, was also banned from entering Concourse Bar and making contact with the co-accused or victim Mr D'iapico-Bien.

A second man, 29, from Narwee was charged with affray on Thursday and granted conditional bail to appear in court on November 26.
A third man, 34 from Ridgewood in Western Australia was arrested and issued an infringement notice for offensive language.
Officers launched a manhunt for the 19-year-old, alleged to have stabbed the worker, after he reportedly left his ID behind at the bar.

The investigation is ongoing and one man remains on the run.
Pensioner and bar regular Mark Wroe, 46, told Daily Mail Australia he was shocked by the brawl.
'I've been here each Friday for years and nothing has happened,' he said.
'Although I don't think there is a smoking area... not that I'm aware of but there's been a few people thrown out for that.'

NSW Police Acting Superintendent Paul Dunstan said the situation escalated 'quickly and violently'.
'The staff had asked them to stop smoking - there was some punches and shoves and for reasons unknown a man has allegedly produced a knife and in a rather aggressive manner, in a double roundhouse motion, stabbed someone twice'.
The 34-year-old remains in a 'serious but stable condition' and a second man, aged in his 30s, was also rushed to hospital with head wounds.
