Police arrived on Monday morning to arrest him and searched the Ischia Street house after finding he was not there.

Officers then allegedly discovered a hydroponic cannabis crop inside and then a meth lab in the basement, both of which they claim Hillen was operating.

Hillen later turned himself in at Sutherland Police Station where he was charged with two counts of rape and one of choking without consent.

The drug charges included cultivating a large indictable quantity of cannabis plants, and manufacturing a commercial quantity of meth.
