A middle-aged Sydney tutor has been accused of sexually touching his teenage student during a private lesson.
Police allege the man, 50, inappropriately touched a 16-year-old girl he was teaching in Castle Hill in the city's northwest.
He was arrested at a business in Castle Hill on Friday afternoon and charged with sexually touching a person without consent.
The man was granted strict conditional bail and is scheduled to appear at Parramatta Local Court on September 9.
