Kanye West has donated $2 million to the families of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor and Ahmaud Arbery and also plans to pay for college for Floyd’s daughter Gianna.
Also included in the $2 million were donations to black-owned businesses in West’s hometown of Chicago, CNN reported. Some of the money will go to legal fees for Taylor and Arbery’s families.

West also set up a 529 educational investment plan for 6-year-old Gianna Floyd, according to CNN. The usually bombastic West confirmed the news through a representative.
Floyd, 46, was killed by Minneapolis police officers on May 25. His death has set off protests against police brutality worldwide. In many cases, cops have responded to the protests with even more brutality.

Taylor, 26, was killed while sleeping at her apartment during a police raid in March. Arbery was killed by two white men in Georgia, one of whom was an ex-cop.
