Two sisters from the Catskills were busted for throwing a Molotov cocktail at an occupied police vehicle in Brooklyn during the night-long protest over the death of George Floyd, cops said.
The two women were taken into custody shortly after lobbing the explosive at the cruiser parked near the Brooklyn Museum Friday night.
The lit bottle struck the closed car window and hit the ground, but did not explode, police said. No injuries were reported.
The sisters, who have not been identified, are expected to face attempted murder charges, authorities said.
They were among the nearly 200 protesters arrested Friday night in lower Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Two police vehicles were torched during the clashes.
