A Queens woman who struck a Port Authority police officer with her car, and also injured two Jersey City cops, has been charged with driving while intoxicated, authorities said.

The additional charge came after authorities determined 27-year-old Amandeep Tiwana’s blood alcohol level was over the legal limit the night of the crash, the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office said Tuesday.

A charge of assault by auto was also upgraded Tuesday from fourth to second degree, authorities said.

The Flushing woman was initially arrested last week and already faced multiple charges following the April 28 crash near the Holland Tunnel, including speeding and reckless driving, prosecutors said.

That night, Port Authority Police Officer Peter Siano was at the scene of another crash around 12:30 a.m. on Route 139, officials said. An unidentified 32-year-old New York woman suffered minor injuries after she overturned her vehicle on the eastbound side.

Three Jersey City officers were also at the scene helping to control traffic and secure the crash site.

Authorities said Tiwana was speeding east on Route 139 when she struck the median divider, crashed into a Jersey City police car, then struck Siano, who was critically injured. Two cops in the police vehicle also suffered minor injuries.
