Man, 21, shot to death in Brooklyn housing development; 10 people in ‘crash pad’ questioned

A man was fatally shot in the chest on the 13th floor of a Brooklyn housing development Monday night, and cops pulled 10 people out of a nearby apartment for questioning, police sources said.
Police found the 21-year-old victim dead on the scene in a building in the Tilden Houses, on Dumont Ave. near Rockaway Ave. in Brownsville, just before 9:30 p.m.
Cops believe the shooter ran into a 13th floor apartment and threw the gun out of a window, sources said.

When police raided the apartment, they found a “crash pad” and took eight men and two women into custody, one police source told the Daily News.
Police found a gun on the ground outside, sources said.
Cops have not yet released the victim’s name, and it’s not clear if anyone taken into custody will face charges.
